A totally new front end booking pages were designed in lign with the McLaren experience. The booking process was made very easy for the McLaren owners integrating all services and payments. A full event campaign flow was designed from booking confirmation, event agenda, reminder, etc…
In the baeck end, a custom made event booking module was developed by Engagement Factory which communicated directly with the marketing automation tool Eloqua.
This made it super easy for the McLaren event team to manage the bookings and for the McLaren Marketing team to send all the emails.
