Delivered

We delivered a 2 day workshop with marketing and sales. We run through the framework of demand generation. This consists of 2 wheels: content wheel and the lead process wheel. We started with persona profiling, context mapping and decision journey mapping. We designed 4 campaigns per persona in different stages. We alligned with sales on lead rules, routing and scoring.
