First we did a customer/user journey mapping. What are the frist steps in the usage of the platform? So we build engagement upon use cases and technical possibilities. Once up and running, what are triggers to use more, to do moe business. We spotted different usage streams and build upon always-on campaigns with fully dynamic content.
